Swedish massage includes long gliding strokes, kneading, and promotes relaxation. This is our most popular massage and is great for reducing stress in your life and for those who prefer light-medium pressure. This is also good if this is your first massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure to break up and eliminate tight muscles and scar tissue. This is a great massage if you are more experienced with receiving massages and prefer firm-deep pressure.

Maternity
For our mothers-to-be, we have a relaxation massage just for you! This massage is very similar to the swedish massage, but performed in the side-lying position and helps promote circulation and relaxation when your body is going through so many changes. Wonderful for up and coming mommies who need to relax!

Tension Reducing Massage
Reduce your tension with a customized massage tailored to your needs with added aromatherapy. This massage is typically only the upper body where most tension is held on most clients, but please let your therapist know if you wish other areas to be worked as well.

Table Shiatsu Massage
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork that involves the application of sustained, comfortable 'lean-on' pressure using thumbs, palms, and elbows to the entire body and along "meridians" to help break up blockages of "ki" or your life source as Eastern medicine explains. Gentle stretches are often incorporated into the treatment depending on each client's health history and treatment goals. Shiatsu is excellent for reducing stress, preventing disease, and promoting relaxation. You will remain fully clothed during your Shiatsu treatment, so please wear something loose, stretchy and comfortable.

Reflexology Foot and Hand Massage
Reflexology is a Chinese therapy based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all organs, glands and systems of the body. Actually, there are more than 7000 nerve endings in the foot alone. The practitioner uses specialized techniques with the thumb, fingers and hands to decompress and stimulate the reflex areas, leaving you feeling utterly relaxed. Some of the techniques used are: rolling relaxation, thumb walking, pinpoint reflex, and grounding. This modality is great on its own or as an add on to your favorite massage!
